Refund Policy

At Taylor Made Treasures, each item is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and design are part of what makes each creation unique.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect item ordered
• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance
• Normal wear and tear

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will gladly:

• Send a replacement (when available), or
• Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Taylor Made Treasures is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, we're happy to help guide you through the process.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once an item has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
